Using Guava
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Guava on Macs you own or control. Don't reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it, except where the law allows.
Your files
Guava moves, renames and trashes files only when you ask it to, and sends removed items to the Trash. You are responsible for reviewing what you confirm and for keeping backups. Empty the Trash only when you're sure.
AI features
If you use Claude in the AI bar, you use your own Anthropic API key and are bound by Anthropic's terms, and any charges are billed to your Anthropic account. AI answers can be wrong; check before acting on them.
Early access
Guava is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to [AMOUNT].
Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes here. Continuing to use Guava means you accept them.
